Changex is a web3 financial app tailored to onboard the next wave of crypto users by merging traditional banking and cryptocurrencies in a single app.

WHY THIS PROJECT, WHY NOW?

1: Everyday individuals don't relate to crypto and prefer to stand on the sidelines. 2: Fragmented services lead to problems with crypto management and adoption. 3: Cashing out crypto in fiat is difficult.

REVENUE MODEL

Changex adopts a transactional business model and makes revenue whenever users buy, sell, swap, or stake crypto and whenever they use Changex's banking functionality. The total revenue for 2024 we are targeting is about 600k EUR, and for the whole 2025 we expect 10M EUR in revenues.

TARGET MARKET

Changex has identified a significant opportunity to attract users who have yet to engage with crypto, as few apps cater specifically to this audience. The company targets the EU and LATAM markets for expansion in 2024 and 2025, with plans to expand into SEA from 2025 onwards.

VALUE PROPOSITION

Changex streamlines the entire crypto cycle, from buying, selling, swapping, and staking crypto to cashing out in fiat through multi-currency IBANs and Crypto Debit Cards, all in a single intuitive app.

TECHNOLOGICAL FOUNDATION

Changex is a mutli-chain app that aims to integrate as much as blockchains as possible in order to provide a seamless experience for all users.

Nick is a driven entrepreneur and co-founder of xChange.bg, with expertise in IT and Finance. He holds an MSc in Finance and MCSE/CCNP licenses, and is passionate about breakthroughs in blockchain technology.

Nino Chanev, Co-Founder & CBDO

Nino is a marketing expert with a focus on digital marketing and B2B negotiations. He founded Contento.co in 2019 after managing XS Software. He holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Digital Marketing from the University of Sheffield.
